A Swiss firm that makes medical compression garments to improve circulation and other maladies, broke ground this week in Peachtree City on an expansion that will create more than 70 jobs.
Sigvaris said it will expand its office, manufacturing and warehouse space at its campus and renovate its existing workspace. The expansion will put the company’s warehouse, assembly and customer service departments under one roof. The company employs about 160 employees in Peachtree City.
“Sigvaris is proud that this new expansion will not only help support the local community with new jobs and opportunities, but it will also allow the SIGVARIS brand to continue make strides as a global leader in innovation for the compression market in North America,” Scot Dubé, the company’s North American division CEO, said in a news release.
